It’s time for another round of guess the film, and as with many of the newer films we’re watching in this film class, there’s not exactly a plethora of cool cars in the movie. The car that gets the most attention is a black 2001 Ford Escape. For an additional hint (ok, it’s not a hint unless you’ve been hardcore stalking me), this film is shot and set in the country where I’m going to be studying abroad this winter.

EDIT: Since y’all apparently need a hint, this Escape is not the “ride” of choice for the film.

EDIT 2: Galileo Humpkins got it, the film was the Fourth Cinema Maori drama Whale Rider.
